Re:feeling fat after the baby - friends told my wife that that was how they felt, so she started light exercising (at home) every day about 2 months after each child was born. She was determined to get back to where she was before becoming pregnant. She did it each time, and today she can still get into her Wedding dress (30+ yrs later) and she looks hot. Most of her friends “filled out” a bit after each child, and now say they wished they had followed her light exercise idea. She is not perfect - except to me.

You don’t need the perfect body - husbands don’t see all the so called “bad” bits that you girls see, we just see “our hot girl”. Good luck.
