Wearing a bra to bed?

emma.england asked:

I normally wear a bra and panties underneath satin pjs or a chemise when going to bed.

I like the support a bra offers, but quite often find that there are red marks under my ***** in the morning (this is where the underwire is digging in to my body).

I have had a bra fitting done a few months ago, so know I am wearing the right size. I am age 33 with a bra size of 34C.

Is there a way to be comfortable without any pain or soreness?

I am worried about my *****. They are a feminine part of my body, and would like to look after them.

I have the same thing, but the only thing I’ve found to work somewhat is wearing bras without the underwire.

Your whole body is feminine, but I would wear a sports bra or a wireless bra. I also wear a bra to sleep in along with panties, but I wear one that is wireless.

Take a warning, but don’t wear an underwire to bed because that’s a way to get ****** cancer. Science prooves it.

If you are going to sleep in underwear then get yourself a soft bra (wireless) so you’re a bit more comfortable

Wear a sports bra to bed. A simple one. Preferably made of cotton. No wires, no hooks. Just a plain and simple one. This will squish your ***** a little closer to you and keep them from sagging, also make them more out of your way. The cotton will breathe a bit so you do not get **** sweat (lol). You do not need to impress anyone while you sleep so this is a good type of bra to try. Opt for one with thick flat straps.
Best of luck taking care of your gals ;)

I have never worn a bra to bed even though I should. I am a 34 D but at my age (45) I think it is too late to start. However my daughter (18 years old and 32C) has always worn a bra to bed. She too had the pain, soreness and redness you describe until she got fitted for a bra without the underwire. She purchased a very good support bra not just a cheep wal-mart type. She still gets the support she needs and the comfort she wants.

First of all, wearing a bra, any kind of bra, to bed does NOT give you cancer. I wear a bra to bed every night. I would suggest a more comfortable bra, a sports bra, or a tank top with a bra built in.
